Q1. How often should my piano be tuned?
We recommend tuning your piano at least once to twice a year. Regular tuning maintains correct string tension and pitch stability, preventing costly mechanical issues caused by seasonal changes in humidity and temperature.
Q2. Do I need to transport my piano to a workshop for servicing?
No. We specialize in 100% on-site mobile service. All standard tunings, pitch adjustments, and mechanical repairs are performed directly in your home at your convenience.
Q3. How do I book an appointment, and what time slots are available?
You can easily book online using our calendar system. We offer fixed appointment slots on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Once booked, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email or SMS.
Q4. What is a "Pitch Raise" and when is it required?
If a piano has not been tuned for several years, its pitch often drops significantly below standard pitch (A440). A Pitch Raise is a pre-tuning procedure that stretches the strings and stabilizes string tension before the fine tuning can be performed.
